Before you touch pricing, tiers, or packaging, run this short sequence. It is the Offer Alignment Audit, and it exists because most offer struggles are not actually about the offer. They are about whether the offer is built from the right place inside you first.
Name the zone the offer is built from. Is it built from what you are truly best at and love, or from what you are simply good at and have done for years? You cannot move past this step until you can name your genius zone in one sentence.
Score Conviction, Confidence, and Congruence, each 0 to 10. Do you believe people need this. Can you actually deliver it. Does it feel good in your body. The ultimate question is simple: is your offer a full-body yes, for you and for them?
Score People, Problem, Promise, and Process, each 1 to 10. Anything below 7 is not a small tweak, it is a sign that piece needs a real redesign.
An offer can feel hard for two very different reasons. One is a growth edge, a stretch that is right for you. The other is misalignment, where the offer is simply wrong and no amount of effort fixes that. This test helps you tell the two apart.

Say design my offer slides and it asks for your offer once, then asks which deck you are filling and, for the full deck, a few extra details, then hands you the words slide by slide in short rounds, in your own words, with a gap marked wherever you still need a real example.

Answer one question at a time. After each round it hands you the words for up to five slides. Paste them into your copy, replacing the words in square brackets.
Press Ctrl+F or Cmd+F, search for [ and keep going until nothing is left. Swap the photo cards for your own pictures. Then the silent test: slide it across the table without a word. Do they nod?
